Wichita County Teen Court / Boys and Girls Club of Wichita Falls

Address: 1318-6th St.  (0.4 miles to the MPEC, 0.5 miles to the HHH 100 Mile Ride starting line) Facility:  Sleep in air conditioned meeting rooms.  Restrooms, showers & renovated locker room. Electrical outlets available to charge devices.                                                                                            Breakfast:  Saturday morning continental breakfast at 5:30 a.m. of melons, fruit, pastries, granola bars, juice, and coffee.                                                                                                                          Bike Storage:  Indoors.  Bring your lock. What to bring:  Sleeping bag and mattress.  Electric air mattress pumps are available.                                                                                                           Cost:  Suggested donation of $35 will support the activities of the Wichita County Teen Court.       No-Nos! Indoor Camping….. The Downtown YMCA (1010 9th St) is 3 blocks from the starting line! The cost is only $30 per night and INCLUDES multiple areas to “camp” along with indoor bike storage, restrooms, showers, hot tub, steam room, air conditioning, and a light breakfast on ride day! We also offer  options for meals on Friday and Saturday nights for an additional fee. At the Y you are very close to the Multi-Purpose Events Center (MPEC), home of the consumer show, ride start, and festivities at finish line village. 1100 Harrison (2 miles from the starting line) welcomes you to come camp-in for the Hottest ride in the country! Check-in Friday 5:00 pm, enjoy the event festivities with check-out Sunday by 10:00 am. Bring your air mattress and sleeping bag and sleep in Air Conditioned gym! Men’s and women’s locker room and showers (bring locks, soap and towels) we will have indoor secure bike storage and electrical outlets available for charging devices. Lights out at 11:00 pm. Grab and go breakfast available. Shuttle transportation is available for you and your bike as close to the starting line as possible. One Life Community Church

807 Austin St (½ mile from MPEC & the starting line). Plenty of parking available. We offer indoor camping style accommodations in our air conditioned facility.  We will provide 10 ft x 5 ft spaces that are reserved just for you. Access to bathrooms, no showers. 75 spots are available, to reserve your personal space for a $30 donation - visit: 2 private rooms that can sleep 4-10 people each are available. For pricing & details contact Electrical outlets throughout the building are available. What to bring: Sleeping bag/air mattress/bedding. A continental style breakfast with coffee will be served as early as the first rider requests. First Christian Church

3701 TAFT Blvd; Activity Center – INDOOR camping accommodations; Co-ed, open gym floor plan with air conditioning. Stay includes Friday night Spaghetti Dinner and Saturday morning Pre-Ride breakfast. Men’s and Women’s Locker room facilities including showers and restrooms. We are about 4.4 miles from the start of the ride. The Discovery Sunday School class hosts riders every year at First Christian Church. You can check in any time after 3 PM Friday. Bring in your bedding (sleeping bag, cot, air mattress, pillow…) and we’ll find you a spot. You may bring your bikes inside if you like. You can go downtown and check in Friday afternoon if you want or before our check in at the church. We will serve dinner around 6 PM (salad, spaghetti, bread, grapes, brownies, tea and water) and it will be available until around 9 PM. Lights go out around 10pm. Breakfast will be as early as the first rider wants it (will ask at check in) breakfast is homemade oatmeal, muffins, bagels, granola bars, bananas, milk, orange juice and coffee.  There will be a water station set up to fill water bottles too. You can come back to shower (you can bring a towel or we will have some available) after the ride if you like. We ask for a donation of $50 per person to cover expenses (cash or check) any profit goes to help youth and special projects at the church not in the budget.

Valley View Country Church

Camp Chaparral

Price includes a hot dinner on Friday evening and an early breakfast Saturday morning. There are bike lockup facilities overnight Friday. Guests need to bring their own bedding.

Metropolitan Community Church

The Warehouse

1401 Lamar, Wichita Falls, TX 76301 will host an OVERNIGHT EVENT - Friday,  August 24,2018!   Leave your car parked and ride to the start line one mile away.  Bring your sleeping gear and enjoy this secure indoor camping spot.  Bathrooms but no showers (showers provided at the AG center and near the HHH finish line).
