Host Homes will be available through the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.  Beginning in July, we will take offers of available rooms from local property owners.  Beginning August 1st we will play match maker and introduce riders to a local family or property owner who wants to help you compete in the HHH.  This is truly hospitality at its best.  Hundreds of host homes are available.  Great host home experiences have resulted in long-term friendships and perpetual HHH accommodations.  Call Marie Libby at 940-723-2741.

FLR Game Ranch:  (940) 704-7260, 911 N Ave C, Olney TX 76374  45 min away.  6000sq ft hunting lodge with 13 rooms that can sleep 2-4 each and bunk room that sleeps 10. All rooms have their own showers and air conditioning. Bedding and towels are provided.  Great room with large satellite TV, refrigerator and microwave. Katie’s Kids Kamp offers 2 co-ed dorms with bunk beds.  Each dorm will sleep 60 people.  The cost is $20 per person per night. There are full kitchen facilities, showers and rest rooms available for use by guests.  Bring your own bedding (sheets and pillows or sleeping bags) and towels.  No alcoholic beverages are permitted on site. The dorms were new in 2006 and appreciated by HHH riders who stayed there.  The facilities are about 20 miles from the HHH start at 594 Sandrock Hill Rd. in Byers TX. St Paul Lutheran Church Family Center off of FM 1954 has 2 dorm rooms with 6 DBL bunk beds each. Total 24 beds. Check in beginning at 1:00PM Friday; checkout must be completed by 9:30AM Sunday. The Lamar Baptist Recreation Center offers accommodations at no charge.  The Family Activities Center is located at 2109 Tenth Street, although the building faces 11th. Contact Susan Robertson at susan@lbcwf.org. 

First Christian Church,  3701 TAFT Blvd; Activity Center – INDOOR camping; $40 per person. Indoor camping accommodations - bring your own sleeping bag, air mattress and towels. Co-ed, open gym floor plan with air conditioning. Stay includes Friday night Spaghetti Dinner and Saturday morning Pre-Ride breakfast. Men’s and Women’s Locker room facilities including showers and restrooms. Check in starting at 3PM on Friday and check out by 3PM on Saturday. The YMCA:  Indoor Camping; The YMCA  in Wichita Falls has two locations for indoor camping.  Both of the locations are close to MPEC.  The cost is $20 per night at the Downtown YMCA and $20 per night  at the Bill Bartley Branch YMCA.  Call 940-322-7816 from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.  Ask about the Downtown YMCA or the Bill Bartley Branch.

Black Sox Training Facility (940) 569-3498; 513 W 1st St., Burkburnett Tx., 76354 – 15 min. away.  Effective 8-3-2011 they have 45 bunks available. They have a 9000 sq. ft. facility with 4 dorm rooms, each sleeps 20.  Each dorm has its own shower and bathroom with central air. There are 2 full kitchen areas with micowave, refrigerator and lounge area with big screen TV with cable.  You can reserve one bed for yourself or as many as you need for a group.  We provide bedding and towels.
