Hotter'N Hell 2010 will be Saturday, August 28, 2010

The 29th version of the Hotter'N Hell Hundred Weekend will take place beginning on Thursday August 26, 2010 and run through Sunday August 29th. Online registration is now available. The links to BikeReg.com for the HHH Endurance Ride, The HHH Pace Group and the HHH ultra Road Races and Criterium races are all now available on this website.  

***2010 HHH BIKE LOCKUP***

The Floral Heights Methodist Youth Group will again provide a secure Bike Lockup for the HHH. The Lockup will be located outside the West end of the Kay Yeager Coliseum on the street level.

Hours:        Friday 2:00PM through Saturday 5:00PM

Cost:          $1 per hour or

                  $10 for an Event Pass that will allow for unlimited come & go.

All proceeds will help to fund the Floral Heights Methodist Church Youth 2011 Spring Mission Trip to Trinidad.

All bikes must be picked up before 5:00PM Saturday.

*** Hotter'N Hell 100 YMCA Kids Camp ***

The Wichita Falls YMCA will provide child care for children of participants of the Hotter'N Hell Bike Ride & Race.  Care will be provided from 6:00am to 4:00pm, Saturday, August 29, 2010 at our Child Care Branch located at 2600 Spur 325, Wichita Falls TX  76306.

FEES:   6 weeks old - 36 months old   $40

             3 years old - 12 years old         $30

 Parents are responsible for all supplies (diapers/pull-ups, change of clothes, formula/baby food, wipes, etc).  We will provide breakfast, lunch and snack for children over 12 months old.  We will also provide fun activities including arts & crafts, group games and storytime.

Thursday, August 26, 2010; The First Day of HHH Festivities!

3:00 PM: The Consumer Show opens in the Exhibit Hall of the Multi-Purpose Events Center.

4:00 PM: Packet Pickup and late registration open at the Exhibit Hall.

 4:00 PM: USA Cycling race registration begins in the Exhibit Hall.

 8:00 PM: All Activities close.

Friday, August 27, 2010; The Celebration Begins!

1:00 PM: Consumer Show begins.

2:00 PM: Packet Pickup and late registration open in the Exhibit Hall for Ride and Race participants.

4:00 PM: Sports Massage at MPEC.  Loosen up for the day ahead.

5:30 PM: Spaghetti Dinner Begins;   Served by the North Texas Restaurant Association - Moved to the Coliseum Lower Level.

5:00 PM; Ultra Criterium for USA Cycling racers begins at the Michelob Ultra Finish Line Village.

Great races to watch from MPEC parking & East steps of the Coliseum - 5 PM to 8:30 PM

6:00 PM Off road Bicycle Race; Wee-Chi-Tah Trail Race, 12 mile

7:00 PM– 8:00 PM “Have Your Best Ride” - MPEC Seminar Room; presented by Bikn’ Mike

5:00 AM: Breakfast offered by Luby's; West end of the Exhibit Hall.

5:30 AM: Packet Pickup and Late Registration in the Exhibit Hall.  USA Cycling racers - no registration             6:00 AM: Morning Praise and Worship (3rd and Lamar)

6:40 AM: Michelob Ultra USA Cycling Road Races begin at Scott and Lincoln St

7:00 AM: Registration for the Ride closes

7:00 AM:   USAF Flyover

7:09 AM: Canon Blast and the Endurance ride starts (Tandems & Recumbents start with their distance groups) 8:00 AM: Michelob Finish Line Village & Food Court opens at 2nd and Lamar

 9:00 AM: The Consumer Show Opens

9:00 AM: Sports Massage at the Consumer Show opens

10:30 AM > 4:30 PM Outdoor Concert at 2nd and Lamar. 

                        Feature Entertainment: The Killdares
